Brightness:
Brightness is one of the important parameters of LED display. For indoor scenes, the brightness requirement is relatively low, usually 1000-1500 nits; for outdoor scenes, higher brightness is required to ensure the clarity of information, usually 3000-7000 nits. Generally speaking, the pixel pitch of indoor display screens is smaller (such as 2.5mm, 3mm), while the pixel pitch of outdoor display screens is larger (such as 5mm, 10mm). When choosing, the viewing distance should be considered. The closer the distance, the higher the resolution requirement.
Reliability and Stability:
As a device that runs for 7×24 hours, the reliability and stability of LED display screens are extremely important. In LEDER, we have different designs in production process, heat dissipation design, waterproof and dustproof performance according to different usage scenarios and customer needs.
For production technology: the modules can be filled with glue, covered with GOB and other coatings to improve the overall performance of the display. At the same time, every screen and every module will be lit and tested for at least 48 hours to ensure the quality of the screen.
For heat dissipation design: the cabinet has different materials to choose, such as aluminum alloy cabinet, die-cast aluminum cabinet, etc. And there are two different types of LED packaging, including SMD and DIP.
For waterproofing: the waterproof level of outdoor display screens can reach IP67, and that of indoor display screens can reach IP43.
